When you contact us (for example, via the contact form) we process the data needed to handle your request.

• Name (and optionally company name).
• Email address and phone number.
• Your message and any preferred service(s).
• Technical data (such as IP address and limited logs) for security and abuse prevention.
• Robot verification data (Cloudflare Turnstile) when enabled.

• To respond to your request and contact you.
• To provide a quote or prepare services.
• To prevent abuse and secure the website (e.g. spam and bots).

• Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract (quote/request).
• Legitimate interest (communication, operations and security).
• Legal obligation and/or consent where required.

We keep contact requests for no longer than necessary. In practice, we usually keep messages for up to 12 months, unless a longer retention period is needed (for example, for appointments, complaints or legal obligations).

We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties that are needed to provide our services and security.

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Therefore, we do not show a cookie banner. We may use functional storage for convenience and we show embedded videos on some pages.

• Functional settings (e.g. theme preference) may be stored locally on your device.
• Embedded YouTube videos use a privacy-friendly 'nocookie' embed, but YouTube may still process data when you play a video.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure. Please do not share sensitive data via the contact form.

Under the GDPR, you have several rights. Contact us if you want to exercise them.
